The present invention provides a contactless type emergency power transfer device capable of blocking the supply of commercial power to an emergency lamp, supplying the emergency power through a plurality of current paths, preventing a strain effect of a load current flowing through the current paths, and minimizing the temperature difference of a semiconductor switching element placed on the current paths. The contactless type emergency power transfer device according to the invention includes: a regular power detecting part outputting a detection signal by detecting whether regular power is applied; a control part outputting a control signal for emergency power crackdown and a control signal for regular power crackdown in response to the detection signal; a regular power crackdown part switched by being controlled by the control signal for regular power crackdown; an emergency power crackdown part switched by being controlled by the control signal for the emergency power crackdown and forming different current paths for a plurality of emergency loads; and a switching balancing part connected to the emergency power crackdown part.
