The present invention provides an ink composition which includes a coloring agent, a binder, and a solvent, wherein the binder is an emulsion including starch-based polymer particles with a core-shell structure or dispersoid thereof. The ink composition according to the present invention is environment-friendly since the composition includes natural product-derived materials like starch-based polymer particles as a binder and improves coating formation ability due to glass transition temperature within a predetermined range and water resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion, glossiness, color tone depth, resolubility, transition of the coating, and the likes. Therefore, the ink composition according to the present invention can be applied to various printing techniques like offset printing, ink-jet printing, flexographic printing, gravure printing, screen printing, and the likes. Print characteristics are excellent. |
