The design is the features of shape, configuration and ornament of the portion of the inhaler as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. The most significant features of the design are (i) the shape and ornament of the generally rectangular portion centered on the bottom half of the inhaler as best seen in Figures 3 and 5; (ii) the shape and ornament of the band which substantially encircles the inhaler as best seen in Figures 3 to 6; and (iii) the shape and ornament of the ridged elements, including the ridged element which extends downwardly from the center of the inhaler as seen in Figure 4 and the ridged elements which extend both upwardly and downwardly from the center as seen in Figure 6.Drawings of the design are included.Figure 1 is a front, top perspective view of an Inhaler showing the design;Figure 2 is a front, bottom side perspective view thereof;Figure 3 is a front view thereof;Figure 4 is an end view thereof;Figure 5 is a rear view, opposite the front view of Figure 3;Figure 6 is an end view, opposite the end view shown in Figure 4;Figure 7 is a top view thereof; andFigure 8 is an opposing bottom view thereof. |
