PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract trends including users of only mass media or potential users in social media in the case of extracting trends from the social media.SOLUTION: A trend analysis device includes: mass media trend analysis means for analyzing meta data collected from mass media, and for extracting mass media trend keywords; social diffusion degree analysis means for calculating keyword diffusion degree data from the mass media trend keywords and social media data; and means for extracting the trend keyword which is suitable for the task of a user by using the keyword diffusion degree and a merchandise master. |
