<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it used to be impossible to make an adjustment when the reserved number of persons of a conference is changed, for example, since the number of users is too small with respect to the number of accommodation-enabled persons of the conference room resulting in inefficient accommodation, the use opportunity of a user group which really needs a wide conference room is lost in a conventional conference room reservation system.SOLUTION: The conference reservation support device is configured to, when accepting a reservation request, search a conference room having attributes matching conditions included in the request, and to, when there exists no vacant conference room matching the conditions, specify an adjustable conference room from among already reserved conference rooms. In this case, the adjustable conference room includes a vacant conference room matching conditions concerning a reserved conference room or a conference room registered as a changeable conference room among reserved conference rooms matching conditions concerning a conference room to be reversed. Also, the seating capacity or layout are included in the attributes.</p> |
