PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: compounds having voltage-dependent sodium channel Nav1.7 inhibitory action involved in acute pain, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, nociceptive pain including inflammatory pain, visceral pain and postoperative pain, cancer pain associated with viscera, gastrointestinal tract, skull, musculoskeletal system, spine, urogenital system, cardiovascular system and central nervous system, and complex pain types including back pain and orofacial pain; and compositions containing the compounds.SOLUTION: Provided are, as represented by the specified general formula (I), 6-membered ring lactam compounds having a substituted amino group at position 3, or 7-membered ring aminolactam compounds having a substituted amino group at position 4, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
