<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating gun which can obtain a plurality of coating patterns with excellent shapes.SOLUTION: In figure (a), a first coating material 56 is supplied from an aperture 52, flows out to a front face from a second shaping air blowout hole 32 which also serves as a first coating material outflow hole, is discharged from an outer edge of a first surface 33, and is shaped by shaping air from a first shaping air blowout hole 18. As shown in figure (b), pressurized air is supplied behind a second rotary atomizing head 40 from an aperture 54, and blown out to the front face from the second shaping air blowout hole 32 which also serves as the first coating material outflow hole. A second coating material 57 is supplied form a third tube 55, flows out to the front face from a second coating material outflow hole 41, and is discharged from an outer edge of a second surface 42. The discharged coating material is shaped by shaping air from the second shaping air blowout hole 32 which also serves as the first coating material outflow hole. Thus, coating patterns A and B are obtained having excellent shapes.</p> |
