<p>An overhead line tension balancer is configured so that a tension generation means and a link mechanism do not interfere with each other. An overhead line tension balancer is provided with an output shaft (109) which is connected to an overhead line, a coiled spring assembly (140) which, when the output shaft (109) is pulled by the overhead line, generates tension to be applied to the overhead line, and a link member (110) which is provided between the output shaft (109) and the overhead line. The link member (110) has a pair of link arms (111a, 111b) which are arranged at an interval and which can rotate while pulling the overhead line. The overhead line tension balancer is configured so that the coiled spring assembly (140) can be positioned between the pair of link arms (111a, 111b).</p> |
