<p>A method and apparatus for sealing a slit (41) on the inner wall of a cylinder (40). The apparatus comprises: an adhesion mechanism (10) for use in affixing a resin film (50) having an adhesive layer (51) at one side and a release layer (52) at the other side to where the slit (41) is on the inner wall of the cylinder (40); and, a heating apparatus (20), where the heating apparatus (20) is for use in heating the resin film (50) that is affixed to where the slit (41) is on the inner wall of the cylinder (40), thus allowing the resin film (50) having the adhesive layer (51) and the release layer (52) to melt into a molten viscous fluid, while the molten viscous fluid solidifies when cooled. The resin is a hot-melt resin. The material of the adhesive layer (51) is a hot-melt adhesive. The release layer (52) is formed by coating or printing a hot-melt release agent. As the resin film (50) is affixed to where the slit (41) is on the inner wall of the cylinder (40) and the resin film (50) is melted by heating, and then the molten resin is cooled into solidification, the goal of sealing the slit (41) on the inner wall of the cylinder (40) is achieved.</p> |
