<p>The invention relates to a unified insole for footwear, consisting of three elements: a cover (1), a spongy material (2), and a sole material (3). The invention is characterised in that the cover forms the upper part of the insole and is in contact with the foot, the sole material (3) is at the bottom following the assembly thereof and stuck to the upper of the shoe, and the spongy material (2) is perfectly adhered between the two materials. As such, a single piece results in a faster production process, reduced costs and perfection and comfort in the footwear. The invention also relates to a method for producing insoles that results in an insole that is the exact image of the last, and the number thereof, for which it is to be used.</p> |
