<p>Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing forgeable extrusion materials comprising: a molten metal forming part for forming molten metal with a desired alloy composition by melting pig metal; a continuous caster for producing a casting bar which keeps the insertion temperature of a continuous extruder by continuously casting the molten metal supplied from the molten metal forming part through a casting wheel; and the continuous extruder for continuously extruding forgeable extrusion materials (bar material/ wire material/ bar material) by continuously inserting the casting bar directly provided from the continuous caster. The apparatus for manufacturing the forgeable extrusion materials according to the present invention can continuously produce high strength aluminum alloy extrusion materials for forging in the minimum number of producing processes according to weight reduction of vehicles, thereby enhancing productivity of the high strength forgeable extrusion materials for parts of vehicles, saving energy, and providing eco-friendly production facilities.</p> |
