PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for setting a tying trap, which can prevent an Asian black bear or the like from being captured by mistake, in which a size of a tied portion can be adjusted when being set, and which can cope with a difference in regulated value of the size of the tied portion according to a mitigation measure.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool (A1) for setting a tying trap comprises: a tool body (1) having an opening (17) on the upper part of the tool body (1); and a tied portion adjuster (18) stretched across the opening (17) on the upper part of the tool body (1). The tied portion adjuster (18) is mounted on the tool body (1) so that an interval between itself and a front plate (10) can be adjusted, and has a wire fitting part (182) into which a tied portion (370) formed in a wire rope (37) of the tying trap is fitted. A size of the tied portion of the wire rope of the tying trap to be assembled, the tied portion to be fitted into the wire fitting parts (123, 133 and 182), can be adjusted by adjusting the interval between the tied portion adjuster (18) and the front plate (10). |
