PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening reinforcement unit for a reinforced concrete beam, which achieves an increase in opening reinforcement strength by actively utilizing strength obtained by integrating an opening reinforcement and a concrete portion restrained by it.SOLUTION: In an opening reinforcement unit 10 for use in a reinforced concrete beam 1 configured by single bar arrangement, a plurality of deformed bars 11 are combined in a lattice shape so that a reinforced frame 12 assuming a shape surrounding an opening 8 can be formed. A crossing portion 13 of the deformed bars 11 is spot-welded with weld strength equal to or higher than specification yield point strength of a reinforcement base material.
