PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which prevents dust and foreign objects from intruding therein during ink replenishment to an ink tank and enables easy ink replenishment.SOLUTION: A recording device 10 includes: a housing 20; an opening/closing member 40 which is rotatably attached to the housing 20 through a rotation shaft and covers the one end surface side of the housing 20; and an ink tank 70 which is disposed in the housing 20 and includes an inlet port 73 for supplying an ink to an ink storage chamber 71 filled with the ink used for recording. The ink tank 70 is placed so that the one end side is positioned at the opposite side of the rotation shaft in the housing 20 and is provided so as to form a stepped shape including a step part 70A. The step part 70A is provided at the side separated from the rotation shaft. The inlet port 73 is provided at the step part 70A, and a portion of the housing 20 which faces the inlet port 73 is provided so as to open when the opening/closing member 40 is opened to supply the ink. |
