PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement reagent capable of stably measuring the CRP in a test specimen from a low concentration region to a high concentration region by a latex agglutination nephelometry, a measurement kit, and a measurement method.SOLUTION: The measurement reagent for C-reactive protein measurement by a latex agglutination nephelometry contains a particle having, on its surface, a group that uniquely reacts with the C-reactive protein. A grain size distribution curve in the coordinates in which the lateral axis shows grain diameter x (nm) of the particle and the longitudinal axis shows frequency y (%) of mass conversion has at least one peak in a region of x<200 and at least one peak in a region of 200≤x. In the grain size distribution curve in the coordinates in which the lateral axis shows grain diameter x (nm) of the particle contained in the measurement specimen and the longitudinal axis shows frequency y (%) of mass conversion, the area of the region surrounded with a line sequentially passing the coordinates P1(x1,y1), V1(x3,y), V2(x4,y), P2(x2,y2), and the P1 is 300 or more. |
