PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with improved thermal load capacity which is suitable for being used in a noise control system for an exhaust system.SOLUTION: A speaker 1 includes: a speaker housing 2; a basket 3 which is held in the speaker housing 2 and has a permanent magnet 9; a coil 91 which is disposed in a constant magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet 9 and is connected with a diaphragm 5; and one or more heat pipes 10, each of which includes a heating zone Z1 and a cooling zone Z3. The heating zone Z1 is disposed in the permanent magnet 9, and the cooling zone Z3 is disposed in the speaker housing 2.
