PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered ceramic capacitor that allows reducing vibration and noise and achieving small size and large capacity.SOLUTION: A multi-layered ceramic capacitor comprises: a ceramic body 110 formed by multi-layering a plurality of dielectric layers; a plurality of first and second internal electrodes alternately formed on the plurality of dielectric layers; upper and lower cover layers 112 and 113 formed at upper and lower portions of the ceramic body, respectively; first and second external electrodes 131 and 132 formed to be spaced apart from each other on a lower surface of the lower cover layer; a first connecting electrode 141 connecting exposed portions of the plurality of first internal electrodes and having a lower end portion electrically connected to the first external electrode; a second connecting electrode 142 connecting exposed portions of the plurality of second internal electrodes and having a lower end portion electrically connected to the second external electrode; and an insulating side portion formed so as to cover lateral surfaces from which the first and second internal electrodes of the ceramic body are exposed.
