<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved communication system including an improved antenna system which can receive a weak signal or a communication signal in an adverse environment, and can be located on the fuselage of an aircraft at least partially.SOLUTION: A communication system includes an antenna array and an electronic device assembly (electronics assembly) that can be mounted in or on a vehicle. Normally, the communication system includes an external sub-assembly mounted on the outer surface of a vehicle, and an internal sub-assembly located in a vehicle, and the external and internal sub-assemblies are in communication connection with each other. The external sub-assembly includes not only an antenna array but also a mounting facility and a steering actuator, and can move the antenna array with predetermined azimuth, altitude, and polarization (for example, tracking of a satellite or other signal source). The internal sub-assembly includes almost all electronic devices coupled with the communication system.</p> |
