<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly and easily perform change of a correction value of a defocus amount by more exactly reflecting photographer's intention.SOLUTION: The automatic focusing device comprises: defocus amount detection means 4 and 5 for detecting a defocus amount of a lens in a plurality of focus areas; correction means 4 for correcting the defocus amount detected by the defocus amount detection means corresponding to the focus area selected from the plurality of focus areas; storage means 9 for storing a correction value used when the correction means corrects the defocus amount; and correction value-changing means 4 and 12 for changing the correction value. The correction value can be changed according to a selected focus area, and a distance ring position and a zoom position of the lens.</p> |
