A universal sharpening device for slicing machines with circular blade which comprises a supporting element, which is provided with elements for engaging the wing of a slicing machine, and an arm, which is associated with the supporting element and supports at least two grinding wheels. The arm is movable with respect to the supporting element from an inactive position, in which the grinding wheels are spaced from the blade of the slicing machine, to a first active position, in which one grinding wheel is moved into contact with the blade of the slicing machine, to a second active position, in which at least one other grinding wheel is moved into contact with the blade of the slicing machine. |
