<p>An input device comprises: a substrate, further comprising a first main surface, and a second main surface which is located on the opposite side of the substrate from the first main surface; a location detection member which is disposed upon the second main surface of the substrate; and a resin member which is disposed on the first main surface of the substrate. The resin member is disposed in a protrusion shape in a direction which recedes from the first main surface of the substrate.
