The conductor (20) has a sealed housing (10) that comprises a lateral surface (21) formed of multiple circular-shaped recesses (30), such that the insulating gas (50) is flowed into the cast aluminum or aluminum semi-finished products through the circular-shaped recesses, for insulating heat and for increasing the convection in the sealed housing. The circular-shaped recesses are arranged side by side, such that an optimum flow of the insulating gas is made possible within the sealed housing.
