<p>Disclosed are a base sequence recombination system and method allowing for duplication. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the base sequence recombination system comprises: a fragment sequence generating unit which generates a plurality of fragment sequences from a read; a fragment sequence length adjusting unit which selects, from among the plurality of fragment sequences so generated, a fragment sequence of which the mapping duplication number in the target sequence exceeds a set reference value, and which adjusts the lengths of the selected fragment sequences until the mapping duplication number in the selected fragment sequences is below the reference value; and an alignment unit which uses the length-adjusted fragment sequences to implement global alignment.</p> |
