PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for allowing a user to view appropriate contents.SOLUTION: A viewing device for viewing contents to be provided from a content provision device via a communication network includes: content request means for transmitting content request information including user information to the content provision device; content generation means for acquiring one or multiple contents corresponding to the content request means, comment information from other user corresponding to the contents, and social information where relation with other person corresponding to the user information is set, and generating new contents with the one or multiple contents as raw material data; and reproduction means for reproducing contents to be acquired by the content generation means.
