PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reproduction device capable of setting always optimum cancel coefficient when performing ITI cancel processing in a unit of window of a predetermined size.SOLUTION: A data reproduction device includes: decoders 206, 207; a cancel processing section 205; and a calculation section 208. The decoder inputs a read signal read out from each track on a disk, and decodes bit string data on the basis of waveform equalization data obtained by waveform equalization processing of the read signal. The cancel processing section cancels interference between each read signal of a first track and an adjacent second track adjacent from the waveform equalization data. The calculation section calculates a first cancel coefficient required for cancel processing of the cancel processing section in the predetermined window units, and calculates a second cancel coefficient on the basis of a ratio of the bit number in which bits adjacent to each other between each bit string data corresponding to between each read signal for all bit numbers in the predetermined window become reverse in polarity. |
