PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor resin composition for constituting a white semiconductor light-emitting device which can suppress decrease in luminous efficacy.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by extremely reducing an iron element content in a phosphor resin composition. Specifically, this invention is a phosphor resin composition at least including a resin and a phosphor, with the iron element content being 0.01μg/g or more and 3.0μg/g or less.
