PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce moving image data generated at different frame rates simply at predetermined frame rate and reproduction rate.SOLUTION: First moving image data generated at a first frame rate, and second moving image data generated at a second frame rate are inputted to a moving image data input section 206. An input frame rate specification section 303 specifies first and second frame rates from respective moving image data thus inputted. An output frame rate specification section 304 specifies the output frame rate for outputting respective moving image data, and a reproduction rate specification section 305 specifies the same reproduction rate for respective moving image data. A frame rate conversion section 306 changes the frame rate of the first moving image data on the basis of the first frame rate/reproduction rate/output frame rate, and changes the frame rate of the second moving image data on the basis of the second frame rate/reproduction rate/output frame rate, and a moving image data output section 206 outputs respective moving image data thus changed. |
