<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone composition capable of yielding a silicone grease having a high heat conductivity and a favorable adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The provided silicone composition includes: (A) an organopolysiloxane possessing at least two intramolecular aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon groups and exhibiting a kinetic viscosity of 60-100,000 mm/s at 25°C; (B) a silicone resin possessing at least one intramolecular aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group; (C) a filler including an aluminum powder and a zinc oxide powder in a state where the ratio of the weight of the aluminum powder with respect to the weight of the zinc oxide powder is 1-10; (D) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane possessing at least two intramolecular silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms; and (E) an effective dose of a platinum group metal catalyst; a grease consisting of the silicone composition is also provided.</p> |
