<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve a power supply rejection ratio while ensuring a phase compensation characteristic.SOLUTION: An operational amplifier includes: a fully differential amplification circuit 11; a differential amplification circuit 12 subsequently connected in series with the fully differential amplification circuit 11; first and second phase compensation sections (phase compensation circuits) 13, 14 connected between junctions of the fully differential amplification circuit 11 and the differential amplification circuit 12 and an output end of the differential amplification circuit 12 to perform phase compensation of input/output characteristics; and a polarity inversion circuit 15. The first phase compensation section (phase compensation circuit 14) is arranged between an output end for one of differential outputs of the fully differential amplification circuit 11 and the output end of the differential amplification circuit 12, and the second phase compensation section (phase compensation circuit 13) is arranged between an output end for the other of the differential outputs and the output end of the differential amplification circuit 12 via the polarity inversion circuit 15.</p> |
