PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal having an improved efficiency in a disassembling work of the electric wire, and to provide the terminal utilized for the same.SOLUTION: A terminal 20 comprises: a deformation part 70 formed in a bent shape, and widened in a tension direction of an electric wire 13 when a tensile force is added to the electric wire 13; and an easily breakable part 26 formed between a locked part 27 locked to a locking part 35 out of a lamination part 24, and an auxiliary pressure-bonding part 25, and easily broken when the tensile force is added to the electric wire 13. The easily breakable part 26 is broken after the deformation part 70 is widened.
