PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuations in voltage caused at input/output terminals when a control signal rises and falls.SOLUTION: A switch device includes: an analog switch circuit 2 including input/output terminals 11, 12 into/from which a transmission signal S1 is input/output, a control terminal 13 into which a control signal S2 is input, a high potential power terminal 14, a low potential power terminal 15, a main switch 16 comprising MOS transistors Q1, Q2, and a control circuit 19; a high potential power supply section 3 for generating a high potential voltage Vdd to be output to the high potential power terminal 14; a low potential power supply section 4 for generating a low potential voltage Vss to be output to the low potential power terminal 15; and a control section 5 for, in accordance with a maximum voltage Vmax and a minimum voltage Vmin of the transmission signal S1, instructing the high potential power supply section 3 to generate the high potential voltage Vdd, which is higher than the maximum voltage Vmax by a predetermined voltage, and instructing the low potential power supply section 4 to generate the low potential voltage Vss, which is lower than the minimum voltage Vmin by a predetermined voltage. |
