PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a splice plate of which the cost is suppressed and the slip factor of a friction joint surface is improved with high work efficiency.SOLUTION: In a processing area 3 around each of bolt holes 2 on a friction joint surface 1a of a splice plate 1, a plurality of recesses 4b with projections 4a formed around (called uneven parts 4) are formed by striking pins of which the hardness is higher than that of the splice plate and the minimum value of a curvature radius of a tip is equal to or less than 2 mm. The recesses 4b are striking marks or a continuous groove. The pin is preferably a so-called double curvature pin 5 of which the curvature radius of the tip in a view in a predetermined radial direction is different from that in a view in a radial direction orthogonal with the predetermined direction, and the uneven parts 4 present a substantial slot shape. It is preferable that depth of the recess is equal to or more than 0.5 mm with respect to a surface before striking and a height of the projection is equal to or more than 0.2 mm with respect to a surface before striking. |
