PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation sheet capable of diffusing heat generated by a heat emitting part and delaying temperature raise.SOLUTION: The heat insulation sheet includes: a heat storage sheet 13 which is formed in a sheet shape by mixing powdery microcapsules 11 containing a latent heat storage agent and an elastomer 12; and a high heat conductive sheet 14, which are adhered by an adhesive material 15. A content of the powdery microcapsules 11 in the heat storage sheet 13 is set to 50-90% in weight ratio and the latent heat storage agent is made not to remain on a surface of the heat storage sheet 13 which is bonded to the high heat conductive sheet 14. |
