<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a light-weight and low cost assembly parts used in an overshot water wheel.SOLUTION: In order to reduce a power generation cost, a member formed into a specified length and its processed product are made. Such a shape is formed like a bellows type in which its angle can be freely set and a size of the water wheel can be freely set. A water receiver cup is fixed to the pipe having bellows outer shape and a grooved pulley type is used as a pulley and additionally its groove is provided with partitions to enable themselves to act as a water receiver. Protrusions or screw fixing holes and the like fixed to a rotating shaft are arranged at the bellows type outer shaped pipe or grooved pulley and the pipe is fixed to the central shaft. In addition, in order to make its size large, bicycle-rim shaped items are fixed between the rotating shaft and the outer shape portion to reinforce them. With this arrangement as above, it becomes possible to provide an overshot water wheel for small scale hydroelectric power generation so as to improve generating efficiency.</p> |
