The process involves circulating appropriate working fluid in a pipe system. A hot water stream (25) from a thermal spring with a maximum gradual evaporation is cooled down to re-injection temperature by diverging mass flow to different heat requirement. The condensate (20) in a condensate pump is branched. A waste heat regenerator (18) is preheated as heat condensate by a throttle valve (21). A vane surface evaporation (17) of steam mass flow (19) is generated, which is mixed by grating distributed steam outlet to the guide blade profile ends (16).
