<p>The present invention provides: a material favorable for a gas barrier layer of a resin member and the sealing of an LED element; an LED device; an FPD device; a semiconductor device; and the like. A polymer composition contains component (I), component (II), and component (III). Component (I) is a polymer obtained by reacting an unsaturated-group-containing siloxane compound (component (A)), which includes the repeating units of formula (1) and formula (2), formula (1) and formula (3), or formula (1), formula (2), and formula (3), and at least one compound (component (C)) selected from the group consisting of an organometallic compound and a metalloxane compound of a group 1 metal, a group 2 metal, a group 12 metal, a group 13 metal, or a group 14 metal of the periodic table. Here, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1-20 carbon atoms, and the instances of R1 may be the same or different from each other; a represents an integer from 1 to 10. Component (II) is a siloxane compound (component (B)) having a structure of hydrogen directly bonded to silicon and containing the repeating units of formula (4) and formula (5), formula (4) and formula (6), or formula (4), formula (5), and formula (6). Here, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1-20 carbon atoms, and the instances of R2 may be the same or different from each other. Component (III) is a metal catalyst (component (D)) of a group 8 metal, a group 9 metal, or a group 10 metal of the periodic table.</p> |
