A work chamber (3) is installed on the housing, and comprises a food product inlet opening (4), a juice outlet (5) and an outlet (6) for pressing residues. A pressing screw (7) is mounted inside the chamber and coupled mechanically to a drive shaft (M) of the motor. A filtration unit (8) is mounted coaxially with the screw inside the chamber to separate the juice from the pressing residues. The inner diameter of the filtering drum is equal to the maximum outer diameter of the pressing screw, thus assuring efficient and continuous pressing of food product to be pressed between the pressing screw and the drum, and hence permitting better separation of juice and dry residues.
