Provided is a multi-layered glass panel which includes a first low radiant glass hard coating layer, a vacuum layer, a second low radiant glass hard coating layer, an insulating gas layer, and a third low radiant glass soft coating layer. In the first low radiant glass hard coating layer and the second low radiant glass hard coating layer, a change in emissivity is less than 0.1% after a moisture resistance test in accordance with KS L2017, an abrasion test in accordance with KS L2014, and an acid resistance test in accordance with KS L2014. In the third low radiant glass soft coating layer, a change in emissivity is less than 1% after a moisture resistance test in accordance with KS L2017, an abrasion test in accordance with KS L2014, and an acid resistance test in accordance with KS L2014. |
