Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing loss of molten iron and ingot steel based on a simple structure, which prevents molten iron and ingot steel in a ladle from leaking to the outside through a porous plug. The apparatus for preventing loss of molten iron and ingot steel according to the present invention includes a main body in connection with a porous plug installed in the ladle; a flow path for inflow gas into the porous plug, arranged in the main body; and a melting member with a melting point lower than the melting points of the molten iron and the ingot steel in the ladle.
