<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet and a touch panel which is improved in visibility.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 1 is configured such that a first electrode layer 10 having a plurality of first electrodes 12 extended in a first direction and arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction and a transparent insulating layer 30 and a second electrode layer 40 having a plurality of second electrodes 42 extended in the second direction, and arranged in the first direction are laminated in this order. The first electrodes 12 have branch electrodes spread in a width direction, and the first electrodes 12 comprise a plurality of first grids 26 constituted of thin metal wires, and the plurality of first grids 26 comprise a grid group of M×N. The second electrodes 42 have branch electrodes spread in a width direction, and the second electrodes 42 comprise a plurality of second grids 56 constituted of thin metal wires, and the plurality of second grids 56 comprise the grid group of M×N. The first electrode layer 10 and the second electrode layer 40 are configured such that the plurality of first grids 26 and the plurality of second grids 56 are not overlapped with each other, and the plurality of first grids 26 and the plurality of second grids 56 are continuously arranged on the whole surface when viewed from the top face, and M and N are integers, and M+N≤9.</p> |
