PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for vehicle capable of appropriate fail-safe control according to region of failure in a storage device.SOLUTION: A control device for vehicle includes: vehicle control means for controlling vehicle operation state (vehicle control) according to control information stored on a storage device; first monitoring means for monitoring that the vehicle control is being properly executed according to monitoring information stored on the storage device, and restricting vehicle control content based on the monitoring result; and second monitoring means S20 for restricting vehicle control content according to an anomaly condition on the storage device. The second monitoring means includes: determination means S23 for determining whether a region causing anomaly is a first region storing control information or a second region storing first monitoring information in the storage device; and fail-safe control means S25 for differentiating content of a second restriction according to the determination result.
