PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-volume production by high accuracy and favorable efficiency by that ceramic in which pattern and design by minuteness fineness irregularity that are not obtained by a conventional embossing technique are imparted to a surface, is designed by three dimensional CAD, a metallic ceramic original mold made by CAM is made a male mold to make a gypsum female mold.SOLUTION: A production method is that an original mold of a vessel to be obtained is made by that a metal and an alloy thereof in which cutting and polishing are easy are made a raw material, and a surface is imparted by a prescribed fineness pattern and design by irregularity by precision processing such as cutting using CAM, the original mold is made a male mold to make a gypsum female mold by a split mold, a molding space of the female mold is compression-charged by a raw material slurry that is a departure material of a vessel by methods of slip casting and pressure slip casting, after molding completion, processes such as dehydration, burning, and glazing depending on a conventional method are passed, and ceramic such as a plate and a bowl is obtained. |
