PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member configured to prevent temperature increase in an axial end.SOLUTION: A fixing member 10 includes a cylindrical base material 12, and an elastic layer 14 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the base material 12. In the elastic layer 14, a metal wire 18 having a wavy structure is embedded in an axial direction of the base material 12. A wave height h of the wavy structure and a thickness t of the elastic layer 14 satisfy 0.2t<h<0.8t. |
