Provided is a power distribution panel or the like that sufficiently ensures power for allowing a selfsame power panel to operate during a power outage, and that can expand the usage application of power thus ensured. The power distribution panel is provided with: a pack accommodation unit (165) having a connection part capable of freely connecting to and disconnecting from a connection terminal part for charging and discharging power, and being used for accommodating a storage cell pack (161) having the connection terminal part, the storage cell pack (161) being capable of feeding power to other equipment different from the distribution panel; and a charging control unit for converting AC power fed from a system power source into DC power, and feeding the DC power to the storage cell pack (161) accommodated in the pack accommodation unit (165) to charge the storage cell pack (161).
