Provided is a touch device, which includes: a decorative layer formed on at least one side of a sensing electrode layer, and arranged corresponding to the sensing electrode layer to constitute a padding space; a signal transmission line arranged on the decorative layer; an insulation layer formed in the padding space; and a conductive layer formed on the insulation layer and, buffered by the insulation layer, bridging from the sensing electrode layer to the decorative layer so as to electrically connect the sensing electrode layer and the signal transmission line. In addition, also provided is a manufacturing method for a touch device.
