The sealing device (28) is connected to the sealed housing portion (12) through a sealing portion (32), and the second connection element (6) has at least one second housing device (41) that has a second insulating housing portion (42) which has at least one second contact element (46) connected to a wire element, and is provided with a weak current contact device generating a control circuit. The weak current contact device (53) has one arc-shaped contact element (52) and two spring-type contact elements (60 and 62).
