摘要 The present invention relates to two real-time nuclear acid-amplifying peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe systems of a parallel binding structure that can make a dual hybrid with a target nucleotide, a composition including same, and a detection method using same. By means of the composition including the PNA probe system according to the present invention, the presence of a nucleotide to be detected can be confirmed and the amount thereof can be quantitatively discerned. Also, sequence variation, especially single nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) that has been difficult to detect through existing techniques can be detected through excellent sensitivity, and at least two kinds of nucleotides existing in a sample can be simultaneously and multiply detected.
