PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored resin particles, in a dispersed body in which the other kinds of particles different in charging properties, dispersion properties into a nonpolar solvent and the charging polarity of colored resin particles are dispersed into the nonpolar solvent, having excellent secular stability such as flocculation suppression characteristics capable of suppressing the flocculation with the other kind of particles.SOLUTION: The colored resin particles comprise: a polymer including vinyl-based monomers not including a piperidine group as a constitutional unit; and a coloring agent, and a nitrogen-containing group compound having a group represented by a piperidine group is included.
