PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently perform camera setting and control while providing low-delay communication with a prescribed band on video and/or audio data.SOLUTION: The radio monitoring camera device includes a signal processing section that signal-processes video and/or audio data and a setting section that acquires setting information data on video parameters and/or radio parameters in the device. The video and/or audio data is communicated with a radio base station on the basis of a polling method, and the setting information data is communicated with the radio base station on the basis of a carrier sense system.
