PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of performing preheating and main heating by one instruction operation in spite of a simple configuration and capable of preventing occurrence of heat loss and uneven heating in the main heating.SOLUTION: An oven toaster 1 includes: a heating chamber 3; and a shutter storage chamber 4 in a housing 2. In the heating chamber 3, a gridiron 6 for placing a heating object 10 is arranged and groove parts 23, 23 are formed on a back face. Each of shutters 7 is configured by connecting a plurality of slats 71 so that the slat 71 on one end part is fixed on a shaft of a motor 8 and the shatter is wound up by rotation of the shaft and stored in the shutter storage chamber 4. A control part 46, when a preheating button 44 is depressed, draws out the shutters 7 from the shutter storage part 4 while guiding the shutters 7 by the groove parts 23, 23 and energizes heaters 5, 5 to start preheating. After lapse of predetermined time, the shutters 7 are wound up and the heating object 10 is heated. |
